VOXI takes the top spots at the Uswitch Mobiles Awards 2026

VOXI nabs four awards, including Mobile Network of the Year
Made popular for its social-first mobile plans, VOXI was the star of the night, taking home four awards, including the coveted 'Mobile Network of the Year'.
It was also recognised as the 'Best Value for Money Mobile Provider', 'Best SIM Only Mobile Network' and 'Best Mobile Network for Data'.
All four of these awards were decided by an extensive customer survey of thousands of mobile customers of their thoughts and views on UK networks and providers. This highlights just how popular VOXI is with UK customers, offering clear value for services and products that consumers are looking for.

Lebara remains popular for its inclusive roaming
Taking home the sought-after Most Popular Mobile Network award is Lebara, which has for years offered its customers with exceptional value and reliable service, in addition to its comprehensive international roaming and calls packages.
This is why Lebara also took home the award for 'Best Mobile Network for Roaming', beating off competition from high-profile networks like O2 and EE.

EE and O2 win for fastest network and best coverage
Two awards that weren't chosen by either public opinion or judges choice were the awards for 'Fastest Mobile Network Overall' and 'Best Mobile Network Coverage'. These awards were decided entirely by data from Opensignal, and saw that EE maintained its long-standing as the UK's fastest mobile network.
Meanwhile, O2 was recognised as the UK network with the best mobile coverage that allows its users to stay better connected across the country.

UK customers claim Tesco Mobile as the best network for customer service
Though it may not sound as flashy as some of the other awards presented last night, the award for 'Best Mobile Network for Customer Service' went to Tesco Mobile. Costs for handsets and SIM Only plans vary throughout the year, but meeting and exceeding the needs of your customers is what makes a network like Tesco Mobile stand out.
This also happens to be the 5th year in a row that Tesco Mobile was chosen as the nation's favourite network for customer service, setting the bar extremely high and reaching it each year.
