How do I connect my smart meter?
Connecting your smart meter is easy, secure and takes less than 2 minutes.

How do I sign up for Power Hours?
All you need to do is download the Uswitch app, connect your smart meter and look for prompts to sign up to Power Hours.
Look for a sign up prompt on the Home screen of your app to begin.
How do I activate offers?
When you sign up for Power Hours, you'll be automatically enrolled into all offers that are currently running. You'll need to activate any new offers that appear in your account after that.
Previous Money Back customers will need to activate offers to take part too.
Make sure to opt in to email or push notifications so you never miss an offer!
How do I opt out of Power Hours?
You can opt out of the entire Power Hours scheme, or just individual Power Hours offers from their individual screens in the Uswitch app. Simply find the relevant Power Hours screen and find the opt-out menu item.
