HOW TO GET YOUR ENERGY BILL PAID... FOR A WHOLE YEAR
With most of the country back to working from home and temperatures continuing to plummet, household energy usage has never been more in demand - and the increased usage will likely see an unwanted increase in energy bills for many people.
To help alleviate some of the pressures faced by many households up and down the country during the colder months, Uswitch.com, the comparison and switching service, has launched a brand new prize draw that could help Brits cover the cost of their energy bills - for one year.
All customers who place a switch through the website between Friday 15 January and Friday 12 February can choose to enter a draw to have Uswitch pay their energy bills for the whole of 2021.
Ten lucky winners will be announced on Friday 5th March, and each winner will receive the projected annual spend of their gas and electricity bill, up to the cost of £1,320*.

*The winner will receive a prize equal to the monetary value of the winner's Estimated Cost, up to a maximum of £1,320 (the “Prize”). "Estimated Cost" shall mean the winner’s estimated annual 2021/22 energy cost of the tariff switched to, as calculated by Uswitch (at Uswitch’s sole discretion) based on the winner’s energy usage provided by the winner immediately prior to the switch. For the avoidance of doubt: (a) if the winner’s Estimated Cost is equal to £1,000, Uswitch shall pay the winner £1,000; or (b) if the winner’s Estimated Cost is equal to £2,000, Uswitch shall pay the winner £1,320.
