Ofgem bans Economy Energy from taking on new customers

Following Ofgem’s decision to ban Economy Energy from taking on more customers, Uswitch.com energy expert Rik Smith said:

“We have been here before when Ofgem prevented IRESA energy from taking on new customers a year ago. The first priority for Economy Energy must be to resolve its many customer service issues, particularly when it comes to managing customer bills and account balances in a fair and timely way.”
